📅 Return & Refund Timeline

🔹 1. Return / Replacement Policy (7-9 Days)

  • Customers can request a refund within 9 days of successful delivery.

  • Refund requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

    • Product received is damaged

    • Product received is defective

    • Wrong product delivered


🔹 2. Return policy (10–12 Days)
  • From Day 10 to Day 12, customers can request:

    • Product replacement, or

    • Store credit (if replacement is not possible)

  • Refunds are not applicable after 9 days, except in special cases approved by Relivex support.


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and freebies must be returned

  • Product should not show signs of misuse, damage, or water exposure


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance sale or special discounted items

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (if mentioned on product page)


💰 Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you via email or WhatsApp.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund mode:

    • Prepaid orders: Original payment method

    • COD orders: UPI or Bank Transfer (details must be shared by customer)
