🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY – RELIVEX

At Relivex, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products due to misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)
